Each user may operate only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tcl99 currently supports transactions via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.) Deposits or withdrawals through any method other than these are not available.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Withdrawal Time: Funds generally arrive in your mobile wallet within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Deposit Terms

Funds deposited into your account must come from a mobile wallet registered in that user's name. Deposits made through a third party are prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is detected, tcl99 reserves the right not to process it without verification.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be processed. Earnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met. tcl99 may request additional documents before processing a withdrawal if necessary.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at tcl99, you will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the original deposited amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
• A bonus may only be used on games that are eligible for that specific bonus.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• tcl99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse is suspected, the bonus may be withdrawn.

5.4 VIP Program

The tcl99 VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), and Diamond (up to 0.8%). Promotion to a higher tier is achieved through regular active play. VIP benefits, including cashback, are subject to change.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Each game on tcl99 follows specific rules. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules of the relevant game carefully before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server issue, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, tcl99 reserves the right to determine the outcome of that round impartially. Our decision in such circumstances is final.

6.3 Sports Betting

6.4 Suspicious Betting

If a bet is found to be connected to match manipulation, match fixing, or any other dishonest activity, tcl99 reserves the right to void that bet and suspend the associated account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tcl99 platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or provision of misleading information.
• Bonus abuse or any attempt to circumvent bonus terms.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Any attempt to improperly obtain another user's account information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
